December 2017
Office plans have been finalized and we are getting ready to engage our contractor to start construction. Once completed we will have somewhere we can stay when we go down and work on the project ourselves.

January 2017
WEB NIS has been poured and WEB connections arranged. This means water and power at the lot. Pictures in the Gallery

October 2016
The first of 2 septic tanks is in place. This will service the front and 1/2 of the side building, along with the office. Pictures in the Construction Gallery.

May 2016
Had a great trip to the Island and met with local contractors. We decided to go with a smaller contractor who will work on our project between his other jobs.

August 2014
We finally have our stamped and approved building permits and are ready to break ground.

April 2014
We had planned to be breaking ground by this time but the downturn in the global economy over the last 2 years has slowed progress. Our Architectural plans have finally been finished by Elton Augusta N.V. on Bonaire and we are ready to go.The first unit has already sold. We will be slowly building over the next several years.
